Where is the best place to ask a question concerning Data Protection Manager 2007. I didn't see any dedicated forum and the closest match I could find was for the default backup utility NTBackup.
My question is:
I want to turn off alerts for DPM error code 1106: DPM: Resolved critical alert: <server name>.
When I receive an alert that a replica is inconsistent or that a recovery point failed and fix the problem I get another alert stating that the error is resolved. I'm already aware that the error has been resolved since I fixed it and the alerts effectively double the volume of DPM alerts I am getting.
Is there any way to customize which alerts get sent out by the error code, or any other way?
