Trial Key - empty? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have downloaded the latest RC version (4.0.20421.0) and it asks for a trial key. So I navigated to the page (http://www.microsoft.com/expression/productkey.aspx) with Captcha, entered the words. And after this got this:

"Thank you. When you install Expression Studio Beta, you will be prompted to enter a 25-character product key in order to activate your trial.

Your Free Trial Product Key is:

    no key. empty.

How do I get the key?

  • I got the same thing today. :(

I send MS an email, but it looks like the key generation page is broken.

  • Still empty -- May 18th. Was there another solution?

  • And the suggestion on the previous page: "If you prefer to have a key sent to you by email, please send a request to webtrial@microsoft.com " -- this doesn't work either.

  • Hi,

It looks like we ran out of keys for Blend 4 RC. We know about this issue and this is being worked out on top priority. We will resolve this ASAP.
