  • Hi Marian_V,

Thank you for your information. :)

Could you please give me more detail information about your OS?
Can you please help to check whether you can find dd_dotnetfx3install.txt and dd_dotnetfx3error.txt file (Logs produced by the .NET Framework 3.0 setup wrapper) in your %temp% folder and post the link here?
For more information on .NET Framework 3.0 log files, see: http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2006/10/30/net-framework-3-0-setup-log-files.aspx

However, I still can find some error message from the log files you posted as the following:

    dd_wcf_retMSI60DE.txt:

MSI (s) (88:84) [14:23:02:375]: Product: Windows Communication Foundation -- Error 1321.The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: C:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\v3.0\System.IdentityModel.dll.

Error 1321.The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: C:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\v3.0\System.IdentityModel.dll.
MSI (s) (88:84) [14:23:02:390]: User policy value 'DisableRollback' is 0
MSI (s) (88:84) [14:23:02:390]: Machine policy value 'DisableRollback' is 0
Action ended 14:23:02: InstallFinalize. Return value 3.

From the error message, it seems that you don't have sufficient permission to modify the file. Could you please check whether you installed .NET Framework on Local Administrator User Account ? If not, please elevate the privileges to get the full permission.

Please switch off the anti-Virus software during the installation.

Take a look at the following threads (also error 1321):

Let me know if it works.

    Thanks
