My Blob storage is unaccessible from my Galaxy Note 4 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi everyone! I hope you can help me with this big trouble.
I'm using blob storage but when I try to access a file, for example a picture there with my Galaxy Note 4 the browser (Chrome or Default) try to open the picture without success.
When I'm connected with a very fast connection wifi it works but with 3g H+ nothing happened but I'm able to navigate other websites without problems.

Here two blob storage example links that I found on google:
This doesn't work: https://s3ugc.blob.core.windows.net/ (it loads a lot and then I see "page unavailable, the web page waited to long")
This work: https://bagheerastorage.blob.core.windows.net/ (it show me the xml error in one second, so it's normal)

These pages are ok on other devices but not on my Galaxy Note 4.

    Please help me

  • Hi,

Based on your description, you could access blob storage from other devices but not Galaxy Note 4, the blob storage resource are health, I think this issue is more related to your Galaxy Note 4 setting, please try to change Galaxy Note settings, or try to do the same test in your friend's Galaxy Note 4.

  • Hi,

    Thank you for posting here.
You could try the following link for assistance on how to programmatically access BLOB storage.

    http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/storage-dotnet-how-to-use-blobs/#configure-access

Meanwhile we will get in touch with the relevant team for further assistance with this.
    We appreciate your patience.

    Malar.
