Code to create remote support file and store support string.

-Visual Basic 2010 using Windows 7-

I'm trying to figure out a way to create the remote assistance file and store the code it gives. I've found only 1 result for VB on a Microsoft page, but the code gives lots of errors, starting with the imports. I would imagine such code would be relatively simple, but my efforts have failed so far.
