My SQL Elastic Pools are Missing

Question

This morning I logged into the Portal and both of my SQL Elastic Pools are missing. Everything is working but they are gone. I did find in the activity log where it looks like the Role Assignments was changed by a blank user. When I navigate to my SQL server in Azure it still lists the elastic database but when i click on it, it says it can't find it.
