With the scenario which seems to be very common would like to seek advice for the best solution

Best way to transfer data (only updates/new) from one restful cloud (say A having a database) Web API  to another third party cloud-based (say B) Web API through JSON format GET and PUSH.  The transfer of data from A to B via API needs to be achieved through service (preferable) deployed on the home cloud (say C) using <g class="gr_ gr_9 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation multiReplace" id="9" data-gr-id="9">.net..</g>

The service would be scheduled and would pick up records based on database record timestamp.

The A restful cloud Web API and the B restful cloud Web API can be created by the Web API technology and Deploy to the Azure cloud services.

The transfer of data from A to B via API needs to be achieved through service (preferable) deployed on the home cloud (say C) using .net..

The service would be scheduled and would pick up records based on database record timestamp.

You can use the WindowsService to schedule the data transmission task based on the record timestamp.
