Visual Studio Design and Architecture Tools Missing (Visual Studio 2013)

My Visual Studio Professional 2013 Install appears to be missing the Design and Architecture Tools. The Architecture Menu is missing, As are the Modeling Project and Item templates.

I used the standalone installer for this feature in an attempt to remedy the situation. The installer finishes, but there is no change. According to the download page, I meet the prerequisites. Why can I not use these features?

Hi Ginkner,

You need Ultimate edition to create UML and other architectural diagrams. You can read them and run architectural validation with Premium edition. Professional doesn't include these features.
