Hi keren
You can get the Terms GUID from taxonomy hidden list
<Site URL>/Lists/TaxonomyHiddenList/AllItems.aspx

You can also get the GUID by looking in the Term Store Management Tool. When you click a term set or a term in the Taxonomy Term Store pane on the left, the General tab in the right pane displays the GUID under the heading Unique Identifier.

The first solution should work in both SharePoint 2010 and 2013, but yes, I believe the second solution is available only in SharePoint 2013. The Term Store Management Tool in SharePoint 2010 does not seem to display GUIDs for term sets or terms.

No way to see it in any other way (right click on a column which use it / designer...)?

Thanks!
it seems that the first solution
[site url]/Lists/TaxonomyHiddenList/AllItems.aspx
works at SharePoint 2010
The second solution (look in the term "General" tab) is available in SharePoint 2013 only, is that right?
