Removing a degraded Exchange 2003 server RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello experts,

We have an Exchange 2010 RTM on Windows Server 2008 R2, and an Exchange 2003 on Windows Server 2003 SP2.

The 2003 server is out of service and shutdown since a while. Both servers are acting as DC as well. Soon we will have a dedicated server for DC service as recommended.

I a trying to upgrade the Exchange 2010 to SP3, but getting the below error. I would completely remove Server 2003 from the organisation because it's degraded and unable to boot.

Would you please tell how to completely remove 2003 DC and Exchange and how to solve the below issue?

    Thanks in advance.
