Azure Support Time (24/7 or business days only)?

Can I confirm that Microsoft Azure Support listed here http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/plans/ 24/7 (including weekends / public holidays) or only business days / hours only?

If I understand correctly, it's 24/7.

Hi,

I think for English support it is 24/7, but for local language it is only in business hour (without holiday). It is my opinion. For more details, please open a ticket from portal for this kind of issue about billing.
