VM was created in Azure with a single purpose of hosting an app installation web site; - a page and a 28MB downloadable deployment package. VM with 3.5 gb RAM was created(it was chosen to be one of the most cost effective option due to its IIS hosting a
one page site that has a very low traffic). After the initial testing, which went fine, the VM performance started to drastically deteriorate; it serves a page but it takes hours to pull the 28mb package, VM is frozen when I open the Remote
session. I tried restarting but it did not help. When I made it once to the task manager I see no overload on RAM or CPU. Otherwise, the VM in RDC session barely responds to mouse clicks. Please advise.
