E-mailer Created in Outlook 2007 RRS feed

  • I am creating a mobile optimized e-mailer but the html code will be sent via Outlook 2007. At some point I was able to make it mobile optimized and that outlook shows a table width of what I want. However, I can't fix the banner and footer image. When I put a width and height it will not show a mobile optimized emailer, an when I remove it, outlook will only show a small image. Please advise if it is really possible to send a mobile optimized (in iPhone) form Outlook by simply attaching the html (Insert as text).

  • You can certainly set the MailItem.HTMLBody to whatever you want.  I'm not an expert on HTML formatting in Outlook though, but there are some in-depth guidelines available such as this:
