i hosted in iis, but i want to consume it from the different system(PC) how can be done based on my ip

What happens when you try ? By default the firewall should block this kind of access. You tried to unblock this ? Try https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1625345/iis7-access-website-from-remote-computer
