    In addition to the error message, I have something else to confirm with you. Could you tell me how you encountered this situation? What’s your Windows system version? If possible, please share me more details or steps so that we can help you better.

    Refer to the error message, I suppose your Windows system is corrupted. please try to use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files.
