Will Visual Studio 2015 be updated to C# 7.0 at some point in the future? Or no?

Officially I guess that you will need to use VS "15"
For VS 2015, I don't think that "C# 7" will appear in the project properties page, Build tab, Advanced button, Language version, but see a trick here:

Hi my friend,
Thanks for your post.
Carlos's answer is very correct and to the point.
In addition, the C# 7.0 is in Visual Studio “15” Preview, not in the VS 2015.

I appreciate Carlos' answer but I'm not sure I wanna use unofficial hacks to get the C# 7.0 functionality in VS2015.
Just to be clear then that I understand the answer to my original question, is the answer "No, C# 7.0 will not be 'officially' carried forward into Visual Studio 2015...ever". If this is the case It seems I need to get on board with the Visual Studio 15 installation now as there is no point in delaying the issue. So I was just looking for an official confirmation. It is somewhat disappointing to hear what is being said at this point but I guess it is what it is.
