SharePoint Designer 2010 Workflow not working correctly RRS feed

  • Hello There,

    I have a workflow created for a list and form designed in InfoPath 2010 and published on SharePoint 2010.

    So I have approval task workflow for my main Job Request list. In this list I have one column called Work Unit which I used as a look up field and getting value from different list. Also have Work Unit: Assignment group column which is part of Work unit look up field.

    Then I have 2 other list created first list called – Acute and second list created called – SPHP.

    So when I am on SharePoint designer I added condition on my approval task workflow - When a Task Completes section (See screenshot below).

    What I want to do is when task rejected by manager’s manager it should send an email back to the requester (Created by user) and not copied over to any list. And if it is approved and Work Unit: Assignment Group = Acute or SPHP then it should copy an item from current list to another list called Acute or SPHP respectively.

    It was working completely fine before but then not sure what happened and now the reject option is not working. So when it approved it works fine the way I want and explained above. But when the request rejected it still copy over to their respective list which is not correct.

    Can anyone please help me what I am doing wrong here?
