     Can we see your design?

You could try to put into a rectangle or list the info and subreport, and set the page break at end option to on for the rectangle or list.

i'm not sure of how to show the design but this example somewhat how it goes

    Name: <textbox>

    Address: <textbox>

    IC No: <textbox>

    Item List: -

    Item Category: <textbox>

    Item Name: <textbox>    Price: <textbox>     Quantity: <textbox>     Total: <textbox>

the subreport is going to be dynamic depending on the item category

i'm asked to set the report to be able to print one category in one page

means i'll need all the other infos appearing in the main report as well

Where are you using SubReport? In a TextBox or in a List Item?

If you are using a List item, There is a option called 'Page Break' under the Genereal properties Tab of List Box.

Select 'Insert a  PageBreak after List' checkbox.

    Hope this helps

the report only consists of multiple tables and displaying of data inside the table textboxes

the subreport is out of the table
