Lost columns and keys to mdf. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Long story short we had a database to get corrupt. I was able to recover the tables but lost our columns, keys, etc. I have a blank database with all the columns, keys, etc. How can I get the data from the tables of the recovered database into the blank database?

    Thanks

  • Hello Brian,
You statement is very confusing as mention by retracement, can you please bit more specific to the topic so we can understand the things clearly? On the other hand you can restore corrupt database from a good known backup. In case you don't have any backup then try Stellar SQL recovery software. It repairs corrupt table, keys, indexes, constraints and many more. Visit Stellar's official website for more details.

  • Sorry Brian, your statement doesnt quite make sense (to me at least) are you saying that you have sets of two tables now.

One with key columns but no dependant data

Another with no key columns but the data

Is that correct and if so how did you get to that position?
