Welcome to the world of sharepoint....
You'll want to start with reading somce basic documentation on developing sharepoint w/ visual studio 2010:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee330921.aspx
Microsoft also has a pretty good set of learning courses here:

A) "need help please" will almost never get you any help. Post a question with a title that clearly states the problem.
B) If this is a homework assignment, we don't know the class, the question or the answer, and we should not do your homework for you.
C) If you have a specific question "How to I create a relational link between two SharePoint lists", then maybe we can help.
(p.s. your question as posted will probably be marked as "abuse" and be deleted.)
