tools -> Generate Local Resource

in microsoft visual studio express 2012 for web i cant find the Generate Local Resource from the tools menu. 

is it not supported in asp.net 4.5?

or is it somewhere else and i cant find it ?

Hi,

1. At "Solution Explorer", right click on project, and choose "New Item"
2. At the search text box, type "Resource"
3. At the item choose "Resource file"
4. Follow the screen

but with this way it will not auto generate the string values of the controls on the page
