Print Data on Pre-Printed Certificate RRS feed

  • Hello,
    I have blank pre-printed Certificate that I want to print data on top of my certificate on the respected places from my asp.net application. i m using asp.net 2.0 & Report Viewer. can you please guide me how to achive this. The positioning of the data on the blank certificate is important.

  •  it's not really designed for that type of printing. 

    Even if you got in place just right, you'd probably have issues with certain printers not printing in the right spot because of the printers internal settings.

    If you only want to do it for  your own benefit, then you could probably create a report the size of a paper, that prints a grid.  Then load your pre-printed certificate and print the grid onto it.

    Then using the grid, you could figure out exactly where you would need to place the values in at.

    Edit a copy of your original grid to allow you to put the values into the correct spots.
