Long running export job - Any way to verify everything is OK?

  • I've got an Azure export job that has been in the "transferring" state for over 3 weeks.  Maybe it is fine, but I'm starting to get suspicious. I'm not sure how to follow up.  Is there anyone I can contact?  Do I have to purchase some support?  Thank you.

    Did you check the Import/Export service REST API to get a progress percentage? This should indicate a per drive status.
