So far I've installed the DP on:
1. Some VirtualBox virtual machines.
2. Some Hyper-V virtual machines.
3. Some Vmware 8 virtual machines
4. A Dell Latitude D830.
5. A Dell Latitude e6510
and by and large, given the early nature of this release I've been
pleasantly surprised at how well things have worked.
This morning, I decided to push the envelope a bit by attempting an install
on a Motion Computing M1400 tablet. This tablet was released in April of
2004 so I wasn't expecting too much.
Well, I was blown away. Sure, there are some hardware devices for which I
haven't been able to find drivers for yet (though I haven't really spent
much time on that yet), however, it booted, the performance is fairly
snappy, certainly no worse than Windows 7 that I'd previously kludged onto
the tablet, and even the digitizer was recognized and works! Still
obviously not a "touch" experience, but certainly closer than anything I've
installed so far.
Well done!

Computers are a more fun way to do the same work you'd have to do without
them.
