  • Is it possible to develop Silverlight 3 applications in Expression Blend 2?

  • Hi,
          No, you can use Blend 2 SP1 to create Silverlight 2 applications but Silverlight 3 Applications can only be created using Blend 3.

  • I purchased Expression Studio 2.  Does that mean I now have to purchase Expression Studio 3?

  • If you have Expression Studio 2 then you can upgrade to Expression Studio 3. You can check below link for the required details:
