Page break in Column chart

Question

Hi,

I want to add a page break in the SSRS Column chart. I have checked the Add a page break before/after properties of the column chart, but wen the chart is rendered the whole chart is displayed in one page only.

I have tried some work arounds like putting the chart inside a List and setting the Row Group properties of the List to the X-axis property of the Column chart but in this case the page breaks at every value of the x-axis property and also the next page will not have the y-axis in them.

How do i apply a page break after a specific number of columns is exceeded in the column chart?

What other settings or techniques can i use to achieve the result?

Hi ravikirankb,

According to your description, you want to show specific number of columns within a chart on each page. Right?

In this scenario, you can give a "count number" to each category using custom code or RowNumber(). Then use a List to render each group instance chart. This List should be group on that "count number" divide by the specific number as you expect on each page. For detail steps, please refer to Forum FAQ below:
