For Developer - How to config the agent phone number to any number as not seen in the Softphone ? RRS feed

  • I want to develop CTI intergation with Agent Desktop , but have a problem , the agent phone number only config look like in the softphone , I tried to config like this :
    myLine = CtiHostedControl.InitializeLine("abc (12345555555)");
    myLine = CtiHostedControl.InitializeLine("0989456342)"); 
    etc ...
    but the phone in Agent Desktop do not work , problem maybe in Microsoft.Ccf.Csr.Cti.Providers.dll ,
    CtiHostedControl.InitializeLine() ,  this method accept only Agent phone number like list below :
    Jane (3331)
    Carla (200)
    Matthew Fickers (3456)
    but I do not have source code of this project : Microsoft.Ccf.Csr.Cti.Providers
    Anyone help me to solve this problem ?

    PS : I read the developer document , there is a phrase :
    "CCF provides a TAPI emulator for development and debug work, however, this tool is not for use in a production system and is designed for developer testing only"

    Is this mean that if we buy this product , we can solve the problem ?

    The CTI api’s in the 2008 version of CCF are intended as examples only..
    The upcoming release of CCF 2009 Moves all of those projects into the public / sample space.

    So in short… in CCF 2009, yes you will have the source code to those namespaces.
