  • Hi! Yes, VSTO add-ins are supported in the new Office, such as the other existing models (VBA, OpenXML,...).

  • Hi @thatrobert!

If you're planning on developing VSTO add-ins for Office 2013, you can find links to get the Microsoft Office Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2012 on this page:

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/office/apps/fp123627.aspx

The tools work with the new Visual Studio 2012 RC and support building VSTO add-ins that target Office 2013 (as well as providing tools for building apps for Office and SharePoint).

If you have more questions, please let me know.

  • Yes... VSTO apps will work in Office2013.

But you can't put the apps which you develop using VSTO to OfficeStore.
