ASP.NET 2.0 UNLEASHED
The first edition of asp.net unleashed was a huge success, the second edition with 1.1 coverage was also appreciated. Now the asp.net 2.0 book is much wanted/awaited book today.
Here are few details as mentioned on sams publishing web site. I found it interesting, hence i have placed it here as a quick reference for you all. The best part of the book is .....it comes with Vb and C# codes side by side. The book is huge enough with 1992 pages.
Here is the description of book as mentioned on website...

ebooks.com has it here http://www.ebooks.com/ebooks/book_display.asp?IID=258884, however you dont get cd content but great for those doing VB, I happened to purcahse only to find out later that it was only in VB and the actual C# content was on the cd which is not even provided to ebooks, however I am working on being able to download the content.
If you want the book the samspublishing site is the cheapest around.
However from what I have read so far, this seems like a great book and alot better at explaining by example rather then assuming knowledge. While I am totally new to any .net language, I am still finding it easy enough to decifer, although it does say it recomends people reading either a Vb or C# book first, but if I run into any difficulties coming straight from a php background i will let you guys know.Monday, June 12, 2006 6:57 PM -
