  • Hi Brijesh,

I understand that you want to realize the feature to export the data to a spreadsheet  on the page . I created the page according to  what you described  .I try to find some kind of choice like ‘Export to spreadsheet ’ as in a list page .In the Editing Data view Properties page ,the ’Show list toolbar  ’ option is gone .It means that you have to write some script to achieve this kind of actions .

Actually ,when you browse to the page in  IE ,you can right click on the page and choose ‘Export to Microsoft Excel’ .And that works fine  . Or you can open excel and choose Data>From web .Then specify the url to the page ,then the data in the page will be imported to excel.

For more information about import data from web in excel2007 ,please refer to this site:

Import / Export data from a SharePoint page (which is not a List / Library) to Excel: http://sharepointpratik.wordpress.com/2011/03/15/export-data-from-a-sharepoint-page-which-is-not-a-list-library-to-excel/

If you have any more questions ,please feel free to ask .

    Thanks ,
