Did not get verification email after enabling custom domain HTTPS

Question
-
Its been a day now since we enabled custom domain HTTPS on our Verizon Standard CDN. I followed the steps from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cdn/cdn-custom-ssl. After submitting the request the status is showing as "Domain validation email sent, waiting for approval", its been a day now but I still didn't get an email to verify our domain. I'm sure about our domain email and its not there.
The domain I'm adding is yusuf.zerdazi.com, to the CDN yusufzerdazi.azureedge.net

Hi Yusuf,
I have sent a request to have the email validation resent to you.
The CDN team is aware of this issue and a fix is in the works.
I will let you know once I hear back but generally the resend will take a day or two.

Hi,
I have the same problem.
I'm trying to add my subdomain static.dronescomparer.com into https://dronescomparercdn.azureedge.net CDN's custom domain.

Do you have the WHOIS information up to date? When I look at your name I see the following:
If you do have it updated correctly I can have them resend the validation email

I'm having the same issue with no mail being received. We are requesting a custom comain for cdn.hotspot3d.com (hotspot3d.azureedge.net) and the registrant contact email is jeroen@binkies3d.com (https://www.whois.com/whois/hotspot3d.com). We have tried twice but no email has been received both times.

Hi Micah, we have a GoDaddy account - and apparently they turned on Whois security as of January so the emails are not provided - only to trusted partners. Its been about 2 hours with no email, do you know if this is related to GoDaddy hiding the email addresses?

From my understanding if your WHOIS information is hidden they send it to the default addresses. Such as:
hostmaster@DOMAIN.com
admin@DOMAIN.com com
postmaster@DOMAIN.com
webmaster@DOMAIN.com
This should also be fixed sometime near the end of the month by us removing the need to validate via email.
If you are having issues validating for now please just send me an email at azcommunity@microsoft.com with the custom domain you are trying to map and we can take a look.

Hi, would you please be able to resend my validation email? My custom domain is media.justmeasuringup.com (pointing to justmeasuringup.azureedge.net). I had forgotten to make the WHOIS info public and the SSL verification process went to a non-accessible email address. The WHOIS is now public (https://www.whois.com/whois/justmeasuringup.com) so it would be great if the email could be sent to the registrant info there (email cpalmer@hpkpartners.com )
Much appreciated!

I did get the email eventually, the first one took 2+hours, and the other one went to my spam folder.
I am now able to verify my domains and get HTTPS enabled.Thursday, May 23, 2019 7:03 AM
