i'm not experienced with mysql, so i'm guessing ... i assume all that you need to do is to right-click App|_Data, Add > Existing Item...

What if I would ask the same question about SQL Server (Not the express Edition!) or Oracle. Would you give this answer also? The App_Data folder is intented for File based data storage, like Access, SQL CE or SQL Server Express...

Likely not; however i might give that answer for a Microsoft Access database.

Remember, i said i was only guessing.

Have you tried the MySQL forums?
