  • Question

  • Hi,

    The Messaging engine failed to process a message submitted by adapter:Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Source URL:ax5://Dynax09Dev:2714. Details:The published message could not be routed because no subscribers were found. This error occurs if the subscribing orchestration or send port has not been enlisted, or if some of the message properties necessary for subscription evaluation have not been promoted. Please use the Biztalk Administration console to troubleshoot this failure.

  • In the management console, have a look at the returned message, I would say it is a web services failure message that contains html data, have a look at the message and see if you can find an error message imbeded in the html.

  • From what I recall when working with responses from AX, it is async, which means, I assume, that you are using an orchestration with correlations?

    If that is the case do the following:

    -Check the non-resumable suspended instance in the group hub in BizTalk Admin Console (Message->Context) and check the promoted properties.

    -Check the instance subscription made by your orchestration (Group hub->New query->Subscriptions).

    I bet that something between those two don't match.

    A simple fault could be that the receive pipeline used to receive the response is set to passthru instead of XMLReceive?

  • Hi,

    I suggest you look at Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 AIF BizTalk Adapter Configuration White Paper and see if configuration corresponds with message exchange you want.

  • Hi,

    You should change to XmlReceive in the receive port.

  • Same following error message is come if you use XMLReceive pipeline

    The Messaging engine failed to process a message submitted by adapter:Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Source URL:ax5://Dynax09Dev:2714. Details:The published message could not be routed because no subscribers were found. http://schemas.microsoft.com/dynamics/2008/01/biztalk/dynamics-properties.RequestMessageId == {8506bc8e-a4e2-4c36-8fc5-fdb3bd44710e}  And
    http://schemas.microsoft.com/BizTalk/2003/system-properties.ReceivePortID == {BA482C3B-AFC0-49FC-B57D-F1CD69CEF9E8}  And

    my ourbound message having this info

     <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
    - <Envelope xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/dynamics/2008/01/documents/Message">

      </EntityKeyList>
      </MessageParts>
      </Body>
      </Envelope>
