    when we work with GUID as PK then what kind of index we should create?

    GUID is good as PK ?

    Depends on your business requirements and if you plan to filter by the GUID field often and/or you already have a clustered index.

    Yes, GUID stands for Global Unique Identifier which makes the ID unique in the entire DB or DBs.  Similar to your question above, the decision to use a GUID depends on your application requirements.  Without knowing more about what you're doing and your data structure, it is impossible to answer this question.

    The best thing you can do is simply read Microsoft's openly published documentation to get a basic understanding of the technology.  From there you should be able to make an informed design decision.
