Missing Icons in the Screen Designer

Question

Hi I'm having an strange issue I am missing Icons in the screen designer see below:

As you can see they are missing on my desktop but not on my laptop, I have removed ALL of VS2010+LightSwitch on both and reinstalled, short of a reinstall of my Desktop I'm not sure what I can try to fix this.

This is a common problem on updating from Beta2.
