Microsoft Outlook 2013

Question

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004011d): 'The server is not available. Contact your administrator is this condition persists.

That's what I get when I open my outlook account. The username and password are correct because I opened it on OWA. And just today it happened. Yesterday it was working perfectly fine.

Anyone here had an idea what seems to be the problem and how to resolve it?
