Product key activation not working RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    A colleague and I have been trying to activate our MSDN subscriptions for 3-4 weeks; we have both tried numerous times to activate (in order to get our Subscriber IDs), yet neither of us received the email confirmation.

    I understand that there is a 5 business day lead time for account creation although given it has been over a month and we have tried multiple times, I think there may be an issue.

    The rest of the business has moved onto VS2013 and we are the only 2 remaining on VS2010 so it has become critical that we receive our Subscriber IDs. Is there any way to fast track this process please?
