    It does not appear that WinRT supports multiple finger (more than 2) touch or access to low level infoe that would allow that to happen. Is that true?

    For example a swipe with 4 fingers should be different behavior that a swip with 1, 2 or 3 fingers. Is it possible to do this with WinRT and how?

    The pointer notifications can track multiple touch points. How many will depend on the specific hardware. The standard gestures don't differentiate between number of fingers, but the lower level data is available to apps.
