It seems to me that one thing someone might want to do in an HTTP Module is to examine every element of an HTTP Request. I must not know enough about HTTP requests because I've been pulling my hair out over this. Say you have a page with a textbox control on it named MyTextBox and that you've executedMyTextBox.Attributes.Add("MyAttribute","My Value")You might then want to examine the value of "MyAttribute" as it appears in the HTTPRequest.Form collection. I haven't been able to figure out how to get to that value. I looked at the "HTTPRequest.Filter" and "HTTPRequest.InputStream" but got bogged down. Any ideas?

no, this is not the case, when you need an HTTP module. Besides, attributes are not send with Form data - i don't think they are part of a ViewState.

Indeed, they are not part of the request, but I was hoping to be able to examine each element of the request and make sure it was what I expected.
