Getting notifications about file changes

Question

Is there a FindFirstFileChangeNotification API in WinRT? I would like to the user to select a bunch of folders that my app watches for file changes and syncs the changed files to a server. Possible in WinRT?

Hello Jeff,

if that fires also when a file is changed, not only when one is added, then this is what I want :)
