Identify HTTP POST request RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I am working on an issue with one of the customer who has developed custom SharePoint 2010 Publishing portal and has got tons of javascript. Unfortunately the develper associated with this project no longer works there. I am lookng at a performance issue of a page where I can clearly see that there is an HTTP POST request being made to the same page that is being rendered and that itself takes close to 3 seconds (used Fiddler to trace that). But unfortunately I am unable to find which piece of code is making that HTTP Post request, is there a way to find out which piece of code i making the HTTP POST request to the same page as being rendered? As I would like to avoid that POST request (as this is read view of the page) and also the delay associated with final rendition of the page.

Any help there? The developer is not there anymore so I have to do the stuff.
