Hi all
i am working on an application and my client is very much interested to view his different screen on a docking window.
i have download many samples (dll's) available on internet to do docking for him like visual studio do to manage solution explorer tool box etc, but he is interested in a different kind of docking window.
he gave me this link

on page 42 of the document i found writen this

i have search alot but can't figured out what technology that software is using

I am sorry that I cannot watch the video in the link you provided, it taks a lot of time to load.
From my experience, Flex is a new technology developed by Adobe to have the develop to develop flash application more easily and declaratively, since it is based on xml. You can get more about Flex from:
http://www.adobe.com/support/documentation/en/flex/
It is easy to implement the visual effection like in flash using WPF technology, you can post a picture which describe the visual effection you want in WPF forum. This is the link of the WPF forum:

but that was not a video it's a pdf document.
well i will try it later as i have been shifted toward other modules as this module contains research and development.
