    I am getting above error in a json to xml receive pipeline.

    Are you sending XML not JSON?

    Please upload the orginating message if possible

  • Looks like an error in the JSON you are suppose to receive. Please try to see the input; it looks like an XML is sent instead of expected JSON (I am assuming you are expecting JSON)

  • As already mentioned, looks like the JSON decoder is failing to parse the XML - maybe the XML is not valid.
    There are online tools to parse XML to JSON, please verify if it parses fine in one of those.
