Establishing Trust for Direct with HealthVault RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Our anchor has been approved and added to the Blue Button+ Providers trust bundle. However, HealthVault still doesn't recognize our direct address. The PPE had started recognizing our direct address within 24 hours of adding it to the test bundle. Please advice how we can troubleshoot this. I sincerely appreciate the help.

  • handled via hvtech. 

    HealthVault has established a two way trust relationship with the BlueButton Trust Anchor bundle. HealthVault users using MessageCenter should now be able to reply to messages sent from trusted domains.
