Images in report won't print RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm embarassed to ask this question because I see many posts from 4-5 years ago regarding this . . . and I've tried everything suggested with no success . . .

    Basics are:

    1. Many of these reports have worked fine in the past - now won't print images - implies to me something with the Access program itself rather than the objects

    2. I've tried images of every format, size, etc

    3. I've tried Linked, Embedded, Shared, etc

    4. I've changed the database setting for how to handle images - convert or retain format

    5. I've tried copying all objects into a new database, no difference

    6. Reports display on screen fine, print to PDF and then print fine

Same issue with multiple databases . . .most of which were created long ago and converted to accdb as Access versions progressed . . I now use Office 365 version of Access to maintain these databases.

  • Be sure your office installation and Windows itself has all updates.

Make sure you have the latest version of the printer driver.  Does this behavior occur on different printers?

If the above are true try repairing your installation of Office.
