Visual Studio 2008 Project

Question

Hi 

i had both VS 2008  and VS 2010 when i tried to open the visual studio 2008 project it shows the below error message.

Kindly provide me the solution to open the 2008 project. in the VS 2008 itself.

Hi Ram,

Did Amit’s reply help you resolve this issue? If could, I will make the reply as the answer, if not please post the latest situation of this issue.

This document shared us the detailed steps to open the VS2010 solution on VS2008, if possible, please see it.

1. Edit the .sln file.
2. Edit the .csproj/vbproj file

Converting VS2010 Solution to VS2008
