No idea where to ask or post about this, so I'm trying here...
I subscribed to the "Microsoft Security Notification Service" and "Microsoft Security Newsletter" in June 2007, and received Patch Tuesday notices and other out-of-band security notices though May 2012. Then they abruptly stopped, without my cancelling or
changing anything in my profile. I've tried removing and re-adding the same newsletters, and ruled out the usual suspects of a rule or Outlook filter hiding or moving only these messages, and checked Junk Mail. It seems strange that they stopped after exactly
5 years. I did a chat with support, who suggested contacting my corporate Premier Support rep, but anyone can sign-up for these newsletters. Any suggestions of what to do or an appropriate forum or contact, thanks
