  • Hello Pradeep,

If you clcik on F4, you can see a properties window.

    1. In the properties window you can see "Font"
    2. Expand that Font and you can see "FontStyle", "FontFamily", "FontSize" and "FontWeight"
     a. For FontFamily: Select Arial
     b. For FontSytle: Select Normal
     c. For FontSize: Select 8pt
     d. For FontWeight: Select expression and place your expression
      =IIF(Fields!h_sort.Value = 5 OR Fields!h_sort.Value = 26 OR Fields!h_sort.Value = 27, "Bold","Normal")

    3. For chnaging the color. Select the cell/Column you want to change.
    4. Click F4, propeties window will be opened.
    5. You can see Color (just above Font). there place the expression/ color you want.
     a. Sample expression for the cell depending on the values is as follows:
      =IIF(Fields!h_sort.Value = 5 OR Fields!h_sort.Value = 26 OR Fields!h_sort.Value = 27, "Red","Black")

  • so you want to set the color = 'RED' on the row?

Each row/textbox/column has the COLOR property. You can set your expession in ths property.

  • For any column, if you want to change the background color, you need to select the property BackGround Color, and have the formula which is shown above written as expression. You can do the same at every column level and your requirement will be met.

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

    Regards,

  • Hello,

Select the cell/column for which you need to change the color property and click F4. On the right side you can see the properties pane.

In the properties page you can view the color property and many more related to it.

Place the expression and the proper format for the proper value.

    Hope its clear & helpful....

  • Hi Pradeep,

There is a property by name "Color" under the section "Font" (in properties window which you will get when you select the text box and press F4) which will help you color of letters/words. You need to write appropriate formula based on your requirement to get the appropriate colors.

If you have any thing specific, please let us know.

    Regards,
