When you click Ctrl+F5, did you project happen some errors? Before clicking buttons, did you choose the project?
If your project could works normally and the issue is just related to the “Ctrl+F5”, you could first check the “Debug->Star Without Debugging” whether the shortcut key is “Ctrl+F5”, maybe it has been changed if your
issue is related to the VS itself.
About the Keyboard Shortcuts setting, you could refer to the following link.

If the VS settings are right, you’d better debug your code to make it could run normally at first.
